Do we need to obtain Norwegian drivers licence if we have more than 5 years old Australian drivers licence on us?

If you want to reside more than a year in Norway, you will need to get a Norwegian driving license, except if you are a student of some sort

Like most of the other places in the world, does Norwegian Road Association accepts Australian drivers licence in exchance of Norwegian one, without asking for any tests?

Yes it does, you have to exchange within 3 months of your arrival though
