Yes, of course. You have to take appointment and pay the appointment charges through credit card. Then follow the procedures they advise.

A big No for getting back to the home country just to apply the visa.

Procedure for US visa @ Riyadh Embassy (Its all online) And as said by TLL you dont have to go to your home country. - Heres the procedure,

2) Complete the online application (DS-160 visa application form )

Select Saudi Arabia Riyadh and English

3) Fill in all the micro details as asked and Keep the specific photo as required and asked on the website.

4) At the last step you would get alpha numeric with a barcode. Save it and Print it.

5) Go to website

6) Create your applicant login and fill in the details as asked. Remember you will require your alphanumeric code here to complete this information.

7) The steps following after this are:-
a) Purchase Pin - 45 SAR
b) Select Region
c) Select Visa Type
d) Visa Information
e) Primary Applicants Information
f) Schedule appointment
g) Appointment confirmation

After completing all this information, Take out the print of it and save the same file.

After doing this Go the the samba bank and fill in the 532SAR (for B2 type visa) non refundable fees for the Visa processing. However, if u have an account with the bank, you can do this online also. Keep the reciept with you. And take it with you along with the documents* on the date of appointment to the US embassy at riyadh.

Documents* required are

1) Print out of the Bar code ( WHich you have done earlier)
2) Print out of the Confirmation appointment
3) Reciept of the Payment done at samba bank.
4) Photograph 5x5cm (very rigid on this)
5) Your original passport
6) Letter from your current employer with position.
7) Monthly Salary slip
8) Recent Three monthly Bank Transaction statement

Purchase courier envelope - 65 SAR in riyadh and 125SAr If outside Riyadh ( if your visa would be approved it will be courired thro fedex courier)



Remember this is Business or Tourism VISA B2.
