Moving to Toulouse for the Summer

Hi all,

Myself and my friend are planning on moving to Toulouse for the Summer. We would need to get a job to sustain us living there, however. Is there a good chance of getting a summer job there and is there any area of work we should be concentrating on specificly?

All help appreciated!

Hi 1daithi,

Why are you planning to go to Toulouse ? It's a nice town but quite far away from the sea so there is no big summer tourism over there and therefore very few summer jobs.
I would recommend more touristic areas like the Med coast or the Atlantic coast. You can quite easily find a campsite, hotel or holiday resort that hires English speaking staff.

Harmonie, I am a primary school teacher so the education would be my most comfortable sector, however I would like to develop my skills in the bar/pub sector.

Kevin I'm heading to Toulouse because it's supposed to be an absolutely magnificent city and we want to experience it first hand!
