Good day everyone.

I'm currently living in Romania and have a 1 year permit for family based off that I'm married to a Romanian and my son is Romanian.

I have a renewal coming up in August 9th 2024.

My husband is working abroad in the UK while I'm living with our son in Romania.

My husband id and housing contract expired it's government housing contract.

He hardly comes home and usually there is so little time for him to fix everything. He doesn't have family here because they all in Germany and Spain .

When I went to the immigration office to ask what I can do they couldn't explain to me in English because of the language barrier. I then wrote and email to them using translation and they haven't replied it's been more than a week.

It's me and my 1 year old son .

I'm not really sure what to do regarding this situation.

Any advice would be appreciated.
