Can one year multiple entry visa cross causeway and enter Bahrain

If she has a visa for Bahrain, then what is the issue?

Let me modify my question. I meant she's in Bahrain on one year multipleentry visa. Would there be any problem for her to enter Saudi Arabia by road and return back. Do they allow non resident of Bahrain on umrah visa to enter Saudi Arabia via Causeway.

The visa agent told me need to go Saudi Arabia by air.

Coming back to Bahrain, no issue.  Going to Saudi, sometimes they create problems for Umrah visa and ask you to fly by road (if you are a non-resident of Bahrain).  But no way to be sure if they will create problems for her or not.

Suppose they deny her entry at saudi border, can she again come inside bahrain as she already exited the country and would her visa be extended by another 90 days?
