As an individual expat, you can ONLY sponsor family visas and house visas (Maid/Driver). This is linked to salary. You cannot sponsor anyone else - this includes visit visas.
As a company whether it is owned by an expat or not, work and visit visas can be sponsored subject to NPRA/LMRA regulations.
