can we get visa on arrival even with pending application for sponsored visa ? As we about to travel our ticket will be due but sponsored visa not yet available. Thank you

we applied through online but got rejected 4x. So we applied sponsored visa but not yet approved as we about to travel in 2 days time. Will it have a problem if we get visa on arrival ?
