Can I ask a question Sir, last April 29,2023 i runaway to my sponsor. May 2, 2023 i go to CID to surrender. And my sponsor filed a runaway case. June 12, 2023 my hearing. But there is a police call me that i have a new case.. "theft case" my sponsor filed. And I chose to go home in my country. So the judge give me a judgement for my runaway case to be deported. .but still i have a case for theft that i need to go in the court for hearing.. this is my question. What if I go for CID for my deportation.. it is okay? Or should I finish my hearing in court for my theft case?

Anyway, its okay for me to be deported as long as i can go back my country!! Thankyou if someone answer this 🙏

To keep it simple, just leave and never plan to come back. If that can be done without going for the theft case, then that is fine.

Sir, but i have a hearing for my theft case! What if i go already in CID for deportation. Its possible they will catch me in the airport bcoz of my theft case? Only for runaway case i have deportation sir!

I don't think you understand. If they are already deporting you, go for it. You are respecting the previous judgement by showing up. You lose nothing if they say, wait for the second judgement. But if you don't go, you are ignoring the first case judgement.
