I have recently been offered a job in Malaysia. Company requested several documents which were shared. After this, the company said all documents have been submitted and waiting on approvals. However, when I try to check on ESD status using my passport number and company registration number, it shows “no record found”.
Am I checking incorrectly or maybe the company has not submitted the documents or there can be something else? This has been for over 2 weeks now.

Just make sure company register id if still see record not found , it means they didn't submit yet
@vshaiksyda I tried using my passport number and 12digit company registration number mentioned on the offer. This seems correct?
