I got a job in Bahrain, and I will shift there by the first week of February. My wife wants to come along with me.
1.) Is it possible, if she comes to Bahrain on a Tourist visa, and then we will convert it into a dependent visa, without leaving Bahrain? If yes, then what is the approx time this process will take?
2.) If she comes on a Visitor/Tourist visa, do we have to show the return tickets as well? As she will be staying in Bahrain only.
3.) If she comes on a Visitor/Tourist visa, do we have to show the hotel accommodation or can we show any friends' place proof?
4.) If we choose to rent out a temporary place instead of a hotel, for the initial period. Is it possible? If yes, can you suggest how should we look for such houses?
