MEP BIM Modeler

Location: Jeddah, KSA

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of gulf experience

• Degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, BIM Technology, etc.).

• Proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeler with a specialization in mechanical systems.

• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software.

• Strong understanding of mechanical MEP systems and construction processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP systems, particularly mechanical systems, in compliance with project requirements.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient modeling.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.

• Maintain updated models throughout project lifecycles.
