Hi guys
My profession is Electronic Technician and I have never been registered with SCE before. I am going to vacation and my iqama needs to be renewed. Today at the last tym my mandoob told me that there is a new requirement that Technician profession is also need to be registered by SCE for iqama renew. I was shocked as I am all set to fly in 3 days. When I checked the sce site they mentioned some Technician profession in which mostly are construction field related and clearly states that if your profession is as above you need to register for iqama. Mine is Electronic Technician which is not in the list but my mandoob is insisting me to register. My question is that if my profession is not in the list do I need to register or not? How long is the process of getting temporary number for renewal.
