Description

Company Overview:
A global company providing business process outsourcing (BPO) services in Ara Damansara is looking for a customer service specialist with a N1/N2 level of Japanese speaker for Native or Non Native

Responsibility:
To efficiently handle incoming email or live chat from sellers pertaining to various inquiries
To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
To be constantly guided by company's service standards
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Language Requirement: JLPT N2 English B1
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields is an added advantage but not essential
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
