Job Responsibilities:
・Provide e-commerce customer support via phone,  email and online chat.
・Answer customer comments, inquiries, and    
 complaints in a professional manner.
・ Maintain good relationship & positive engagement  with customers.

Working Days:
5 days per week including weekend & public holiday
Working Hours:
2 p.m. to 11 p.m. (Will convert into rotational shift basis)

・Excellent communication skill in Japanese
・Independent & customer friendly
・ Able to demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation  and de-escalation skills
・Flexible with working schedule
・Bachelor's degree
・7 years working experiences with Diplomat & high  school certificate
