Job Responsibilities:
Attend to the phone calls and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, dispatch and courier services.
Good Communication Skills
To assist the Admin Department with documentation and filling
Knowledge of Office Administration is preferred
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Skills
Job Requirement
Candidates must possess at least SPM
Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong Organizational skills with ability to multitask
