Expat in Switzerland for 10 years. We will be very glad to help.

Turlybek

Hi all,

I've been an expat in Switzerland for almost 10 years.
I know very well how it is difficult on first time, especcially in property seeking, schooling, medicine, shoping etc...
My family will be very glad to help.
We speak English, Italian, Spanish and Russian.

Hello there, I hope this finds you well :-) My husband and I will be moving to Zug in August. We are currently based in Singapore and have been working with a relocation agent to assist us with house hunting. Unfortunately, it is not moving as smoothly as we hope.

Based on what the property agent said, the rental market in Zug and the neighbouring cantons (Zurich and Schwyz) is very competitive and it is common to have 10-20 prospective tenants submit applications for property.

What I would like is, is this true?  If so, which real estate company would you recommend that is reliable, knowledgeable and prompt in their service. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
