hello , please anyboday have Confirmed information or Experince With F card if we devorce in belgium 5 year 10 month of maried 1 year live out side belgium reaming live in belgium and also constatnly work in belgium have driving license and now start little compny in belgium speak learn good french but don't have diploma. Apply date of F+ card is september 2023 almost reaming 2 month.. if we going to sprate what govrt done with me about my case.... thank you.

Hello,

as long as you've been living 3 years under the F card regime, you can't be throw away from Belgium easily (immigration has not really nothing to say anymore)

Best case scenario, you'll get the F+ card / 10 years.

Worst case, a B card.

In the end it doesn't change much, except if you want to settle in another Schengen state.
