you should give a call to the European Medical Center to see if they can help. They cover a large range of medical specialties in a number of languages. Although their website is rather bad, you can find their details here: http://www.europeanmedicalcenter.eu/

All the dermatologists at St Pierre Hospital speak English and are very good doctors. They are at Porte de Halle, Bruxelles. Highly recommended.
