Pregnacy in brussels

I have shifted to Brussels 2 months back and 14 weeks pregnant. I did my initial checkup and scans from Gynecologist here. I am from India and me and my husband work here in IT.

Can anyone please let me know how is the maternity care here in Brussels ,we are confused whether to go India for delivery. If we plan to do it here ,there is no one from my home country who can come and help me here. I have to manage it all alone with husband's help .Also ,I cannot go back at parent's place and if we go ,me and my husband both need to go back and set up everything .

Please advice.I am really confused. Any pointers would definitely help us take right decision .

Thank you so much for reading.
