Family reunification – Housing proof when living with parents

Hello everyone,

I hold an F card obtained through family reunification. I live with my mother and stepfather in their privately owned house in Herentals.

I would like to bring my fiancée from outside Belgium through family reunification after marriage. I meet all the requirements but the Adequate housing under the former requirements.

My parents are willing to accommodate us rent-free.

My questions are:

1. Can I use my parents' house as proof of suitable accommodation?

2. Is a free accommodation declaration signed by both parents sufficient?

3. Do I need to provide a copy of their ownership deed?

4. Is a registered rental agreement necessary if I will live there rent-free?

Because I can't go and rent my own appartement because my 5 years period isn't yet over.

Has anyone successfully used their parents' property for family reunification in a similar situation?

I would appreciate your advice and experience.

Thank you!
