My company told me they are informed by authorities it will take around 1 month after WP Approval.

Yes, it makes sense. I received my WP on 17 Dec. It's been almost a month. Fingers crossed for everyone!

might be even months depending on your region. Brussels and Wallonia is claimed to be faster in comparison with Flanders. I applied on 3rd Dec and received my work permit on 17th Dec for instance, and this is for Brussels. There are people on this forum whose process took longer or even shorter than mine... hope it clarifies your question.

I was reading today on the official site of Flanders that 10 weeks.

My application was filled on Oct 18th, and according to my employer, until last friday there were no updates regarding my WP

Folks who are waiting to hear from Brussels region, is there anyone who succeeded to reach the Office des Etrangers via phone? If yes, could you please indicate which number you tried? Cuz apparently this number has changed 0032 (0) 2 793 80 00 and the new number -02 488 80 00- is non responsive. There is another number -02 488 95 00- which is more like an info desk number is also non-responsive. I seriously do not know how else we can reach them. Any idea on that?
