Service dog to Belgium from US

Do you have passport for them? + official proof of vaccination accepted by the embassy/immigration?

That's a great site however as a service dog she accompanies me in cabin on flights.  It's all the other stuff pet visas rabies etc I'm concerned about.  I cant do without her so quarantine is not an option.

I would still contact them as they will tell you what documents you need to have.

Traveling to Belgium
Rabies vaccination is mandatory, vaccination can only be done after the age of 12 weeks.  But at first your dog must be identified and therefore have his European passport.  The first vaccination or primary vaccination must be carried out at least 21 days before departure.  Since vaccination against rabies can only be carried out from the age of 12 weeks and 21 days after vaccination must be respected, young dogs can only enter Belgium as soon as possible.  of their 15th week.

Traveling to Belgium from a country outside the European Union.
The animals must be accompanied by an individual certificate whose model has been set at European level.  Health requirements differ according to the country of origin.  If traveling to Belgium from a country on the European list (see below), only rabies vaccination is required (no blood test).  For countries not on this list, an additional blood test is required for dogs and cats and must be performed at least 30 days after vaccination and 3 months before travel.  This test must be carried out in a laboratory approved for this purpose by the European Union.  Pets coming from a country that is not on the European list are not allowed.  More details see Federal Public Service.

I can’t load the links. She’s been vaccinated since she was old enough to get the vaccine and has been twice a year to a vet.  Is the US in the list?  I can’t get to the link of certified vets either.  Also where is the dog passports link?  Thank you for your help!!

I’m getting conflicting info unless I’m misreading. On the EU, the US is listed in article 2: Regarding the rabies antibody titration test:

The test is not required for pet animals (dogs, cats or ferrets) moved into an EU country from a territory or a third country listed in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 577/2013

How do I find a Belgian/eu approved veterinarian to complete the EU approved health certificate? And is Echinoccus multiocularis necessaryin Belgium?  It states it is in the EU website.

Get in touch with the embassy.  Because they always have a list of authorized people.  Although I honestly think that your usual vet can take care of this certificate.  As long as it clearly indicates its official coordinates
