Thank you Aneesh for the valuable information. I have sent mails to the Immigration Office regarding the matter and also the matter you stated me,I have gotten no response from them. The reply came as an auto generated email from their side which stated that within 20 working days my mail will be replied.But as you can see that it's way over 20 days there is no response. Even calling them was a waste of time as I was on the phone for over 40 mins and no one responded.

Dear All,

I will be getting married to my Belgian Fiance in India by Aug'19 through court marriage. Could you please suggest me which visa C or D i need to apply to go along with her. What is further procedure to apply long term visa. I tried to get information by calling Belgium Embassy in Delhi but they ask me to refer website of Belgium embassy which does not has much information.

I have already apsotile my all Civil documnets(other than educational).

My fiance also tried to get information about visa from her local townhall where she resides in Belgium but that was aslo not so helpful.

Requesting you to please help me by providing information.

What is the difference between family reunion spouse worker art 10 bis 2 and family reunion article 10. How long will take to get the long stay VISA for family reunion spouse worker art 10 bis 2 ?

Hi,
Eventually what happened to the person with the student visa? Did the person get it?
How long did it take?
Because now I am in a similar situation. More than two months have passed and still no visa.

You applied for student visa? From which country?
I also applied from Rep. Du Bénin August 16 and got email August 25 that my folder has been transferred to Belgium and That it could take 3-6wks for it to be registered in their website.
That's all the info I have at the moment.
Hope you submitted complete documents? Private or public university?
My admission is at Uantwerpen.
