F+ application in process then he ends our cohabitation

We met on July 2020, lived together from September 2020, I got my A card for one year in October to study 2020 , he recognized my kids in 2022 so they are Belgian citizens now one is still a minor today, the other has now moved out. In march 2022 I got my f card. In May 2026 I applied for F+ card. My child filed a police report against him. He immediately started cutting us off the things we had access to like house cameras, subscriptions, then told me to move out by June 6, but on May 29 he already had gone to the gemeente to terminate the cohabitation. My child and I fled to a place of safety. Most of our belongings are still in that house and we are still inscribed there. I am on long term sick leave so I am on benefits. The commune wrote a letter to ocmw asking if I still live in my old address. I am in a CAW shelter. Living with my elder child is not possible. What are my options left to stay in Belgium as I guess the F+ card application is now out of question? But my kids are Belgian citizens.

Your story is too dramatic, I hope things work out well in your side.

For your question, your worst case scenario, you can always apply for F card, the sponsor can be your minor Belgian child.

Because your official address is still inscribed at the house, you have legal rights to your belongings. What to do: You can request a police escort (called a woonstbetreding) to enter the home safely and retrieve your personal belongings. Ask the CAW social worker or the police officer investigating the domestic violence report to arrange this.
