Single permit processing 2026

My single permit is rejected, and annex 48 is issued. In the annex no reason for rejection is provided. How can I know more about the reason?

Hello, after Annex 46 is issued, is it possible to apply for a D visa as a family? If so, could you please provide information on how the process works? We are currently in Turkey, but the procedures are being handled in Belgium. The work permit was approved on February 12, 2026.

I missed my job in Flanders, now I got another new job.

The new employer is going to apply for my work permit and residence permit.

My question is that, since I have already resided in Belgium, Can I start my new job after issuing  the work pemit? Before issuing single permit.

My employer handled everything, so I had little to no information about the detailed timelines... Only how long the total process lasted.

I have been waiting 13 weeks for my RP and I emailed the immigration office last week and they said to expect a wait of 13-17 weeks for the RP. The Flanders website says that for May, RP waiting times are between 14-15 weeks so fingers crossed that February applicants like myself hear back soon.

  I don't know my agency didn't told me about work permit and what region, she tell only to wait the single permit to approve.

Well usually you get your work permit first and then your residence permit because a single permit involves approval from the region to work and then approval to live in Belgium after that. If you haven't even hear anything back about work permit approval, either ask your employer if that has been approved or email the immigration office and ask them if youe file is in the system. Usually, you should have the file number of your application but if you don't then just give them as many details about yourself as you can so that they can find your file to see where it is. Yes, we received it. They asked for the identity card and told us that once we sent it, the approval would be granted. We sent it and are currently waiting.
