There are several operators (Orange, Proximus, Base, etc.).

The best deal depends upon how much data you download (ie : do you watch videos?), whether you ask only for yourself (there can be discounts for family members if they all choose the same company), and whether you are using the phone you already have or you want a new one.

I would advise going to a large shopping center and inquiring in all the phone shops. Try telling the Base employee "Orange offered me this" and watch the reaction .
