Visa D for study

Hello everyone,I am accepted by Leuven University to do my master degree,I am from Armenia and need of course to apply for D visa, we do not have Belgian embassy in Armenia so I have to send my documents via DHL to Moscow,is what they recomended me when I wrote an email,I need Health Insurence but from Belgium(mutuelle) how can I get it ?is there anyone from Armenia or nerby who had the similar case and has to send all the docs via post?

I am quite lost so many things to do and lot of payments,however I am still waiting for scolarship results,the deadline is 15 th april,so I am still waiting to see if I will be lucky :D
