I’m living in Belgium since 2020 and recently I got F card can I apply for B card after 2yrs that is in 2025 or do I need to wait till my F card expires and apply for F+ card

Regarding your message after the completion of 5 years with your F card automatically you will get F+ which is permanent residence for 10 years after then you can make declaration for nationality if you choose to do so.

I want to know if i could apply for Permanent residence in 2025 as i have already finished 3yrs of stay in Belgium with A card and recently i got F card and can i get B card or should i wait till my F card expires that is in 2028

Your 5 years must be complete before you can make that request and all the requirements needed must be in order to enable you have the permanent residence directly
