Hello everyone!

After working for almost 3 year for the same employer I am planing to change the employer in the mid of November.

Am I entitled to profit the end year bonus even I change the employer?

Summary: It depends on the employer. By experience, they do give based pro-rata.

Si le contrat de travail prend fin avant la fin de l’année, la prime de fin d’année sera calculée sur la base de la période d’occupation pour cette année. Dans la plupart des secteurs, ce droit est garanti lorsque l’employeur vous licencie. En général, le droit n’est pas garanti lorsque le travailleur démissionne.
