I was recently granted right to stay in the country on the basis on ART 9bis.

From start to finish I did all the follow ups and process myself.

No lawyer involved

Happy to help people in similar situation.

may I kindly ask you what is the purpose of your humanitarian visa? I am planning to invite my mom but I am not sure what is necessary and most important. Would you mind sharing some experience?
