my ibz still says "Toekenning visum op voorlegging bijkomende stukken." since January 26, 2023

Yet my country's embassy already received my additional documents last February 3 and my passport is already on its way to me, yet i still dont know the result of my application

@Ade mary yea i did earlier but my country's embassy is a bit avoidant, they just told me to wait for my passport and then off... quite sad but i was hoping the ibz was my only hope to know bout the results

Hey guys! I just get an update about my visa. Yesterday my husband got an email for additional documents (13 February 2023) and he was sending all the documents to IBZ via email.

And today I got an email from embassy of Belgium in my country to do an interview with them (14 February 2023)

Have you guys have the experience like this?

It happens in some cases, Just go with confidence and answer their questions.

@nabilaaa98 i did had an interview but it was only via phone call before my files were sent to home office. I was interviewed 2 weeks later we applied, but the questions were mainly how you actually know your husband, relationship history and future plans...something like that tho

Hi guys! I have a question. Last week my husband got an email for additional documents. The documents have to send to rgf.visadoc@ibz.fgov.be. But the problem is few days after he sent the email he got response said

"The following message to

<RGEvisadoc@ibz.fgov.be> was undeliverable.

The reason for the problem:

5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old)

[Default] '[Errno 54] Connection reset by peer' “

he tried to send it again. And still waiting for response. Do you guys have any suggestions for this situation? Thank you so much

@nabilaaa98 Did he received email from the same mailing address you mentioned? You can also send documents through the embassy of your country.

@nabilaaa98 You can send your documents to the general infodesk email explaining the situation like you were asked for additional documents and which email you have tried to send the documents to and what error you are getting. make sure to attach the same documents so that info desk people can forward your documents. If you have, mention your file number so it can be traced.
