Do the banks issu credit cards to foreigners

Yes, they do! I have opened up a few and upgraded to higher tiers over the years. Overall, the credit card programs are not as good as the top-tier cards in the US, but there are some exceptions.


If you are thinking about any in particular, let me know. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable about this topic in DR.
