Paying Edenorte bill online?

Hi, all. Not sure if anyone can help. We have been paying our Edenorte bills through Xoom for 10 years and all of a sudden that's not an option anymore. Are there any other ways to pay it from abroad these days? Gracias in advance.

Dr Google say, you can pay directly on the Edenorte website or the Cell phone App (Only on Android)

If you have a local bank account, there are options to add service providers like Edenorte and pay them through your bank platform. I've had to use that to check the amount I owe when Edenorte doesn't send invoices and their online platforms are broken.

I pay all of my bills online. I pay absolutely nothing in person!

As the OP is trying to pay from offshore I assumed he didn't have a local bank account. Maybe we can get that confirmed

I pay the bills with a credit card on file , recently I went down to the electric company and asked them to add another service bill to my credit card and they said they can’t do it anymore. They could only do it if it’s a Dominican banks issued credit card not an American bank issued one , so they’re starting something new now , the other service bills that I pay are fine for the time being. I’m going to look into the bank paying directly , which I just learned from this post…👍
