Pre paid debit cards

Hello, have tried a few banks around the Bavaro area regarding pre paid debit cards visa. So far have had no luck even though searches on the internet saying they are available here in the DR. Please if anyone has managed to get please share information. Thanks Stevie.

It's just a debit card with either visa or Mastercard logo.  You can only spend what's in the account

You can get Banco Popular prepaid at MBE/Mailbox Etc.

Also, normally if you go into a branch , like BHD,  Scotiabank,  Banco Popular

Now I speak to my knowledge about Santo Domingo. Up north not sure if the same
