I am hoping someone can translate from Vietnamese to English a leaflet from the Vietnam war. If you can, contact me at my email address (pksampley@juno.com) and I will send scans of the front and back of the leaflet. These were part of the Chieu Hoi (open arms)program. I served in Vietnam in 1966 and 1967.
