Setting up a small to medium business in Tangier

Hi guys.

Anyone recommend Tangier as a great place to set up a business?

Has anyone set up a small business in any of the cities? We're interested in the tax rates, etc for SME's.

Any aid or special offers by the Federal or local governments to attract foreign investment/business?

We're looking at small to medium enterprise setup.
