Good afternoon

I am looking for an American expat in Morocco.

To discuss about taxes filling if possible.

I do need some advice on how to file, since I leave half of the time in Morocco, half in the USA and share experience.

Here's a place to start. Also, if you have or had a foreign bank account with $10,000 USD or more at any time in 2022, you must file FBAR too. You risk severe consequences if you don't.

A bit a lost, I leave and work 5 months in the USA, the rest 7 months in Morocco, I do not work in Morocco.

But the money I transfer to Morocco comes from my USA income which is alreay taxed, I pay taxes in the USA/ So I have to pay twice???

@Louvilune Did you read the links I'd provided in previous post? Everything is there. Since you'd worked in USA, you've to file taxes to figure if you owe more taxes or get a refund. It's not a double tax.
