Are there different conditions for passing the practical test in brussels, wallonie, flanders and the german speaking parts of Belgium?
I understand that one has also to pass the red cross, perception tests? What do these entail? Tips?
Most important, which test centre is easier to pass the exam outside of brussels? Is it possible if one's residence is in Brussels?
