Dear Friends,

Last week i emailed Infodesk (DVZOE) to inquire regarding my D-visa processing time (work visa and family reunification).
I received this replay from Infodesk after i sent an inquiry email:
"You enquire about the status of a visa application.
We have received the visa application and it is currently being treated. Normally the treatment period is 9 months (maximum 15 months) from the date stated on the proof of submission. As soon as a decision is taken it will be communicated by the diplomatic post which will invite the visa applicant and give the decision."

Now we are waiting from exactly two months after we received the notification email from the embassy regarding forwarding our visa applications to Brussels 1 April.

Does it take 9 months ?! If anyone had similar applications, how long he waited till he received a decision ?!

Thank you in advance.
Adeyola

@tabunama some people that submitted in December received their visa approval this month of May, so you may be hopeful for less than 9 months
