How to bring 2nd wife on Iqama / Resident Visa

Around 4 years back I brought my 2nd wife on Aamila manzalia visa and later on converted into Wife Iqama.

after sending on final exit, now i am willing to bring 2nd wife through same route, If any one can support in this regards.?

Now I came to know that conversion of Aamila Manzalia visa into Wife Iqama is not possible. even though I am unable to find any agent to support for the conversion of Iqama category

Guys, HELP NEEDED.

I have 2 families both in Pakistan at the moment. I want to call them both in KSA. How is it possible?

Can I bring my 2nd wife on Visit Visa & the 1st Wife on Family Sponsorship simultaneously. is it legally possible??
