Arrived in work visa but iqama rejected by saudi culture

Saudkg
I have arrived in Saudi work visa while my degree attestation was still in processing with Saudi culture. Saudi culture now rejected the degree attestation.

I want to leave the country and resign the job. Am i covered under any labor law? Or any legal obligations I have under work visa. Is the contract is still valid after Saudi culture rejection?

Will there be a ban in this case if i leave and dont come back?

My company wants to apply for new visa but I dont want to process my new visa under different profession.

Please advise.

As far as I know, you entered on a work visa.  You cannot leave without an exit visa.  However, it seems that your company wants to apply for a new visa.  They can't get that stamped unless you leave.  Once you leave, don't come back and don't get visa stamped.  No ban.
