Hello Neighbors,
I plan to retire in Saint Petersburg coming from USA.
I was wondering if anyone of you would recommend a health insurance company other than CIGNA?
I have no medical conditions to speak of, I usually just eat properly to steer away from trouble.

Try VTB. We use them for our travel insurance out of Russia so you'd have a decent shout at it inside Russia. Hopefully a place to start for you.
