I want to renew my CPR but my CPR status showing out of bahrain so what I will do please assist me.

Don't know how this works during Covid now but before Covid, it was a simple fix. Go to the immigration counter at LMRA facility with passport and they will mark you as being in the system. Happened to me many times as I used to travel to Saudi every week via the causeway.
