Sponsorship transfer after iqama expiry

What do you mean sponsor creating work permit request?

Work permit means fee for maktab Al amal(mol) for my case it's 9565 SAR. sponsor creating sadad every 10 days but he is not making payment which means sadad status always under payment. Any new sponsor request he can reject from his system.

Dear the 'under payment' or 'قيد السداد' keeps appearing till you haven't paid the labor fee SR 9000+ or so in total. Once you will pay it will automatically go and change to 'payment made' or 'تم السداد. I don't think sponsor can use this as a trick to avoid transfer because I have heard that sponsorship gets transferred even if iqama is expired.

You right that expired iqama can transfer without sponsor consent. But in my case sponsor keep applying every 10 days for labor fee and sadad status is  'قيد السداد' which allowing any new sponsor request visible in their system and get rejected. Any way to get transfered?

As someone said above the 'under payment' status will keep appearing if the fees is not paid, it's not linked with your kafeel issuing new request, it's simply appearing because fees are not paid. I don't think the new sponsor transfer gets rejected because of this.

@ertugrul I can see in my mol dashboard and under "my information" six requests total. The last request made yesterday. And it's sadad number is different with previous one.
