Hello, everyone, does anybody know, if I have a permanent residence card type B, my spouse lives together with me for five years dependent on my stay, if I am unemployed, will my spouse receive permanent residence card B as well? Or I am working, and my spouse applied the permanent residence card B and in the waiting period, and later on I lose my job, will my spouse still receive permanent residence card B?
