This view from Riad Laayoun (47 derb Thakharbicht Rcham Laayoun, Fes El Bali, 30000) shows the same face of the Zaouia Sidi Ahmed Tijani minaret at left and the Borj Nord wall behind: 
So, that seems to narrow it down, but I'm still trying to find a nice, high resolution aerial view to be able to pick out the dar in question.
I have GPS markers for photos I've taken on various visits to this dar for sale, but none of them agree and the listing agent isn't sure of the address.
