One of my friend asked me that he wants to marry with a lady who arrived saudia on umrah visa.
Could you please guide him that their Nikah is possible in Saudia?
Second her Umrah visa could transfer to permanent on the basis of her Nikah?
Anyone who have any information on it plz guide.

Nikah might be possible.
Transfer is not possible through normal process. But it can be done provided you have a high level of wasta - since it's not an Iqama she is on and is a temporary visit visa; very high level wasta would be needed.
