Best ways to get around Riyadh without a car

Hello All,
I'll be moving to Riyadh shortly and was wondering about transportation. I'm a single woman and although I can drive I don't want the hassle in KSA. So what are the alternatives? Uber? Private driver?
I'll probably be living on a compound so there might be bus services, but not sure. Any help will be much appreciated.

It'll be safer and practical to use Careem, Uber or Grab for your transportation.

Here public transportation is not like any other city, so i wont recommend to use it. However the only option to go around is Uber, Careem or taxi. Being a non saudi women am not sure weather you could be allowed to drive, just check for more info on this.
