I am indian me recently applied for employment visa in privet company i dont have any application number. me checked in my passport number (LMRA) Its showing processing .i am waiting in 1month. Please help me what is reason

Sometime it takes lot of time. I got my visa in 1 week. That time i was in Muscat for project delivery. You just check with your employer or go to LMRA website and use your passport number for permit status.
