i applied e visa,unfortunately the application reference number has not been generated, though payment was successful. And we didn't get any email mentioning the reference number.
Kindly help,how i can avail of the reference number.
i tried in below two numbers and no response.

The only way is to write an email to them if they don't pick the phones. Usually they are responsive to emails. The address is on the evisa site when you check your visa status - there is a link that says to contact npra if you don't have a reference number.

You could visit them, take the passport details which you uploaded and ask for assistance, not sure if they will entertain this but you could try
